Our daily HR management inevitably interacts with Sex Discrimination Ordinance and the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance in areas such as maternity leave, breastfeeding breaks, urgent family needs, and handling sexual harassment at the workplace. This training session aims to equip HR professionals and all colleagues with supervisory roles and recruitment duties with a comprehensive understanding of how to manage workplace issues within the framework of the two anti-discrimination ordinances.  In this 1.5-hour Zoom session, Mr. Clifford Lo, Senior Training Officer at the Equal Opportunities Commission, will offer insights into the legal aspects of these ordinances, their practical implications, and effective management strategies to ensure a fair and supportive work environment for all employees.  All colleagues are welcome to participate in this training session.
